Bring light upper-body movement into your day with the MOMODA MC3006 Arm Bike. This compact, hand-cranked tabletop exerciser combines adjustable resistance, textured handles and an LCD display for use at home or in the office.

Adjust your routine

Adjustable resistance: turn the resistance knob to choose the effort that suits your session.
Manual hand-crank operation: rotate the handles at your own pace.
LCD activity display: view rotation count, elapsed time, rotations per minute and estimated calories, or use Scan to cycle through the readings.
Textured handles: raised grip surfaces provide tactile contact during use.
Dual suction-cup base: locking tabs secure the base to a suitable smooth, hard surface.
Compact and lightweight: the exerciser weighs 1.5 kg and is assembled from the supplied frame, crank unit and knobs.

Set up on a suitable surface

Place the arm bike on a clean, dry, smooth and hard tabletop. Lock both suction cups and check that the unit is secure before starting. Adjust the resistance, then turn the handles at your own pace. To remove the unit, release the locking tabs gently.

Do not use on carpet, desk pads, blankets or other soft, porous or uneven surfaces where the suction cups cannot seal.

LCD controls

Press the red button to turn on the display. The display pauses when movement stops and switches off automatically after five minutes without activity. Calorie readings are estimates.
